Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

For any controversy that may occur between the Company and the Users, they undertake to resolve it amicably, prior to going to the jurisdiction contemplated. To this end, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain), with the parties expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them. If the User has the status of consumer in accordance with the applicable consumer and user regulations, the competent Courts to resolve any claim will be those established in said regulations.
