The Smart Cities will be the driving force of the near future. City halls, companies, economists and philosophers agree that we are facing the most innovative sociopolitical movement of the last decades and that is the reason why they give their support to the Smart world.<\/p>\n

Spain is with no doubt the European leader in the Smart sector, and not only because its big cities are focusing on the Smart technologies, but also because the small towns are making efforts to restructure their activities and business opportunities towards the improvement of citizen services. Besides, there are a lot of private companies like COTEC, FUNDATEC, AMETIC, DINTEL or METR\u00d3POLI which work along with the public sector on the development of such changes.<\/p>\n
