This metropolis, historically marked by traffic chaos and urban inequality, is now betting on a more sustainable, smart, and inclusive model.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These initiatives are part of the Bogot\u00e1 Capital Digital strategy\u2014a roadmap aimed at positioning the city as a regional leader in innovation, technology, and digital transformation. Under this framework, equitable access to connectivity is promoted, along with the digitalization of citizen services, the strengthening of digital governance, and citizen participation through technology platforms. Bogot\u00e1 Capital Digital coordinates public and private efforts to build a smart city where technology enhances social well-being and urban sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the pillars of this transformation is new mobility, which seeks to move beyond the dominance of private cars in favor of a multimodal, sustainable, and citizen-centered transportation system.
