This vision materializes across three strategic pillars: delivering the best digital services for citizens, enhancing city intelligence through data- and evidence-based management, and positioning Madrid as a major European and global hub for investment and technological talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In recent years, Madrid has defined three strategic goals, six operational axes, and twelve programs that group together projects with shared functional components and reusable modules. These encompass more than 74 projects largely promoted by municipal government departments that are enabling the city\u2019s digital transformation. Results range from AI-powered initiatives to combat unwanted loneliness\u2014such as PALOMA\u2014to improvements in digital public services through projects like <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Madrid in Your Mobile<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the digitization of administrative procedures such as census registration via the Citizen Folder, or innovations in digital management of urban permits led by the Directorate General for Building. These are concrete examples of how the city is making daily life easier for residents through intuitive technological solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These measures go beyond digitizing procedures and services: Madrid is building a true urban technological innovation ecosystem, driven by the collective effort of all municipal government areas.
