Since <strong>IBM<\/strong> announced the creation of a laboratory in <strong>Nairobi<\/strong>, summits and conferences<strong> have multiplied through urban Africa<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Metropolis like <strong>Accra<\/strong> and <strong>Kinshasa<\/strong> are already planning smart urban extensions in the periphery of their large conurbations, in order to transform African cities through the<strong> integrations of digital technologies<\/strong> which can improve the quality of life of their citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Technology can help Africa<\/strong>, but it also could cause failure. Business opportunity for big corporations should not be a burden for the people living in the &#8216;black continent&#8217;. <strong>It\u2019s time for Africa<\/strong>.
