{"id":1674,"date":"2015-04-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-22T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/drones-es\/"},"modified":"2016-07-12T09:15:35","modified_gmt":"2016-07-12T07:15:35","slug":"drones-es","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/hemeroteca\/drones-es","title":{"rendered":"Drones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Est\u00e1 claro que, hasta ahora, el mundo \u2018smart\u2019 ha venido siendo dirigido por los expertos en tecnolog\u00eda; especialmente los ingenieros, que eran los responsables de dotar a las diferentes organizaciones (ayuntamientos, asociaciones y empresas) de softwares, aplicaciones, nubes y otros ingenios que soportaran un futuro en la red.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Y, desde luego, lo han conseguido con una nota de sobresaliente, porque la velocidad de crucero alcanzada por los cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos ha desbordado cualquier previsi\u00f3n realizada m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este proceso no ha terminado, evidentemente, pero el peso espec\u00edfico de los protagonistas del sector ya ha cambiado o est\u00e1 a punto de cambiar. Estamos ante la llegada de los \u2018moralistas\u2019: es decir, aquellos responsables pol\u00edticos, administrativos, institucionales o empresariales que convenzan a los ciudadanos del beneficio de una nueva vida que acaba de llegar. Es decir, que si realmente, como ha repetido tantas veces Rifkin, estamos ante la tercera revoluci\u00f3n industrial, hace falta l\u00edderes morales que conviertan las Smart City en lugares h\u00e1biles para los Smart Citizen\u2026 y estos est\u00e9n convencidos, apoyen y se impliquen en ello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En esta misma edici\u00f3n \u2013una vez m\u00e1s, de una transversalidad ejemplar\u2013 encontramos art\u00edculos en los que se implica la democracia en las ciudades inteligentes (Santiago Mart\u00edn), la movilidad en una ciudad como Madrid (Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvarez Gil) o la utilizaci\u00f3n de los drones en un contexto social (Manu Arenas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pero, con todo, una vez m\u00e1s, hay que considerar el extraordinario esfuerzo que est\u00e1n desarrollando nuestros \u2018stakeholders\u2019: ayuntamientos, instituciones y empresas, que van creciendo, por grandes o peque\u00f1os que sean, alrededor de un proyecto estimulante que va a significar un futuro sin retorno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Es por todo ello que hemos creado el Smart City Business Institute, una plataforma integradora nacida para demostrar que creemos en ese futuro, que vamos a colaborar con ese futuro y que tenemos las puertas abiertas a todos aquellos que quieran dar un paso hacia adelante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nuestras otras publicaciones (SmartQuimic, SmartHealth y, muy pronto, SmartBuilding) forman parte de este proyecto.
