Como en la vieja canci\u00f3n de Dylan, los tiempos est\u00e1n cambiando, aunque en nuestro siglo la velocidad de esa transformaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 produciendo algunos desajustes que influyen en la vida de los pa\u00edses, de las ciudades y de las personas.<\/p>\n

Asomados al balc\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos acontecimientos en Grecia o al avance de movimientos radicales anti-sistema en Espa\u00f1a, hemos de hacer diferentes reflexiones que, en el entorno Smart City, tienen un significado especial y una inequ\u00edvoca doble lectura obligada: la gente sufre m\u00e1s de lo deseable y, a la vez, est\u00e1 muy enfadada con algunos n\u00facleos de poder, a los que consideran directamente responsable de su desenga\u00f1o y de su irritaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Y, si desde estas p\u00e1ginas, hemos abanderado cualquier movimiento destinado a mejorar la vida de los ciudadanos, con mayor raz\u00f3n ahora hemos de propiciar, proteger y vigilar que todo desarrollo de un proyecto Smart sea m\u00e1s social y m\u00e1s justo, adaptando los planes estrat\u00e9gicos y donde la innovaci\u00f3n sea motor de nuevas y mejores f\u00f3rmulas de convivencia.<\/p>\n

Ning\u00fan partido, ninguna ideolog\u00eda ni ning\u00fan dirigente puede cerrar los ojos a una nueva realidad, en la que quienes han vivido entre la espada de la marginaci\u00f3n y la pared del olvido quieren ahora participar en igualdad de condiciones. Seguramente los \u2018telecos\u2019 han hecho un papel extraordinariamente decisivo en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, construyendo un mundo virtual y global que nos puede hacer mejores.<\/p>\n

Ahora es el momento de los pol\u00edticos: los que ya han avanzado por el camino de las Smart City y de los que, en estos momentos, tienen que empezar a pasearse entre el amor y la muerte, como en la vieja pel\u00edcula de Houston.<\/p>\n

Un gran enamorado de las ciudades, como Arist\u00f3teles, ya nos lo anticip\u00f3: \u201cLa esperanza es el sue\u00f1o del hombre despierto\u201d.<\/p>\n
