{"id":20247,"date":"2025-09-21T13:50:56","date_gmt":"2025-09-21T11:50:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/desarrollan-un-sistema-para-mapear-en-3d-la-temperatura-dentro-de-tejidos-vivos\/"},"modified":"2025-09-21T13:52:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-21T11:52:11","slug":"desarrollan-un-sistema-para-mapear-en-3d-la-temperatura-dentro-de-tejidos-vivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/noticias\/desarrollan-un-sistema-para-mapear-en-3d-la-temperatura-dentro-de-tejidos-vivos","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollan un sistema para mapear en 3D la temperatura dentro de tejidos vivos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Investigadores de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (UAM) y la Universidad Ca\u2019 Foscari de Venecia (Italia) han desarrollado un sistema \u00f3ptico de bajo coste y alta precisi\u00f3n para la detecci\u00f3n remota de temperatura en tejidos biol\u00f3gicos<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una colaboraci\u00f3n internacional entre investigadores de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (UAM) y la Universidad Ca\u2019 Foscari de Venecia ha dado lugar a una tecnolog\u00eda capaz de generar mapas tridimensionales de temperatura en tejidos vivos, utilizando \u00fanicamente luz infrarroja e inteligencia artificial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El avance, publicado en la revista\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nature Communications<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, podr\u00eda transformar la forma en que se monitoriza la temperatura dentro del cuerpo humano, facilitando la detecci\u00f3n temprana de enfermedades y el seguimiento de tratamientos, sin recurrir a tecnolog\u00edas de imagen costosas o invasivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El sistema se basa en nanoterm\u00f3metros luminiscentes: part\u00edculas ultrapeque\u00f1as de sulfuro de plata (Ag<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2082<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S) que emiten luz en el infrarrojo cercano cuando son estimuladas por una fuente externa. El color y la intensidad de esta emisi\u00f3n dependen tanto de la temperatura del entorno como de la cantidad de tejido biol\u00f3gico que la luz debe atravesar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para interpretar estos sutiles cambios espectrales, el equipo entren\u00f3 una red neuronal de doble capa con cientos de im\u00e1genes hiperespectrales obtenidas bajo distintas condiciones. El modelo resultante permite reconstruir mapas t\u00e9rmicos tridimensionales del tejido con alta precisi\u00f3n, incluso en escenarios biol\u00f3gicamente complejos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEstamos convirtiendo las distorsiones \u00f3pticas, que normalmente se consideran un problema, en una fuente de informaci\u00f3n\u201d, explica Erving Ximendes, investigador Ram\u00f3n y Cajal de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid y autor correspondiente del estudio. \u201cCon este m\u00e9todo, podemos detectar tanto la temperatura del tejido como su profundidad en el organismo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Solo con luz<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En las pruebas realizadas, el sistema fue capaz de detectar gradientes t\u00e9rmicos en tejidos sint\u00e9ticos y muestras biol\u00f3gicas reales, e incluso logr\u00f3 mapear vasos sangu\u00edneos en un animal vivo a partir de una \u00fanica imagen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se trata de la primera vez que se consigue una imagen t\u00e9rmica 3D remota de alta resoluci\u00f3n utilizando solo luz, sin necesidad de equipos voluminosos como resonancias magn\u00e9ticas funcionales (fMRI) o tomograf\u00edas por emisi\u00f3n de positrones (PET).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Otras posibles mediciones<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adem\u00e1s de su potencial diagn\u00f3stico, esta misma estrategia podr\u00eda adaptarse para medir otros par\u00e1metros fisiol\u00f3gicos, como el pH o la concentraci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno, simplemente modificando las propiedades \u00f3pticas de las nanopart\u00edculas empleadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cCreemos que esto es solo el comienzo. El aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico ofrece una herramienta poderosa para manejar la complejidad de los sistemas biol\u00f3gicos reales, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que permiten los modelos tradicionales\u201d, asegura Riccardo Marin, coautor e investigador de la UAM y de la Universidad Ca\u2019 Foscari de Venecia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El estudio, que destaca el valor de la colaboraci\u00f3n internacional y la movilidad cient\u00edfica, sienta las bases del proyecto europeo MAtCHLESS, financiado con una Starting Grant del Consejo Europeo de Investigaci\u00f3n (ERC) dotadoacon 1,5 millones de euros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Este nuevo proyecto busca desarrollar sensores de nueva generaci\u00f3n para estudiar par\u00e1metros intracelulares clave \u2014como temperatura, pH y ox\u00edgeno\u2014 con una resoluci\u00f3n sin precedentes, tanto en c\u00e9lulas humanas como en microorganismos extrem\u00f3filos
