{"id":20839,"date":"2026-02-09T21:59:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T20:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/incibe-detecto-mas-de-122-000-incidentes-de-ciberseguridad-en-2025\/"},"modified":"2026-02-09T21:59:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T20:59:49","slug":"incibe-detecto-mas-de-122-000-incidentes-de-ciberseguridad-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/ciberseguridad\/incibe-detecto-mas-de-122-000-incidentes-de-ciberseguridad-en-2025","title":{"rendered":"INCIBE detect\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 122.000 incidentes de ciberseguridad en 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La L\u00ednea de Ayuda \u2013 017 atendi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 142.000 consultas, un 45% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (INCIBE), entidad dependiente del\u00a0Ministerio para la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Telecomunicaciones e Infraestructuras Digitales\u00a0(SETID), gestion\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de su CERT, equipo de respuesta a incidentes de ciberseguridad, un total de\u00a0122.223 incidentes de ciberseguridad, lo que representa un\u00a0aumento del 26% en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">INCIBE-CERT, el equipo de referencia para la gesti\u00f3n de incidentes en la ciudadan\u00eda, empresas, proveedores de servicios digitales, entidades de RedIRIS y operadores esenciales e importantes del sector privado, de manera proactiva, detect\u00f3 y notific\u00f3\u00a0<\/span><b>237.028 sistemas vulnerables relevantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, susceptibles de ser explotados por ciberdelincuentes para acceder a redes o provocar incidentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En el \u00e1mbito de los operadores esenciales e importantes, alineados con la directiva NIS2, y vitales para el funcionamiento de la sociedad, INCIBE atendi\u00f3 401 incidentes. Los principales sectores clave afectados:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Banca: 34%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transporte: 14%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Energ\u00eda: 8%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Infraestructuras de los mercados financieros: 7%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aseguradoras y fondos de pensiones: 6%<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Incidentes m\u00e1s frecuentes<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entre los incidentes m\u00e1s recurrentes en 2025 destacaron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><i>Malware<\/i><\/b><b>,\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con\u00a0<\/span><b>55.411 casos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, incluyendo virus y otros\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">softwares\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">maliciosos que afectan dispositivos. De \u00e9stos,\u00a0<\/span><b>392\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">fueron\u00a0<\/span><b>ataques de\u00a0<\/b><b><i>ransomware<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, donde los ciberdelincuentes bloquean sistemas o archivos, exigiendo rescates econ\u00f3micos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> De los\u00a0<\/span><b>sistemas infectados\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">controlados por un ciberdelincuente de forma remota (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">botnet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) identificados por INCIBE-CERT, el\u00a0<\/span><b>85% est\u00e1n relacionados con dispositivos inteligentes (IoT)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, como televisores, decodificadores, reproductores multimedia, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Fraude\u00a0<\/b><b><i>online<\/i><\/b><b>, supone 4 de cada 10 incidentes de seguridad,\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con\u00a0<\/span><b>45.445 casos,\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">un 19% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o pasado. El\u00a0<\/span><b><i>phishing\u00a0<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">lidera los fraudes\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">online\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con\u00a0<\/span><b>25.133 casos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, como correos falsos simulando ser bancos o empresas conocidas para robar datos personales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Se ha trabajado, en colaboraci\u00f3n con Red.es, para cerrar\u00a0<\/span><b>4.600 dominios web .es potencialmente fraudulentos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, de los cuales el 100% fue reportado por INCIBE.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Los incidentes de ciberseguridad que han tenido como consecuencia un\u00a0<\/span><b>robo de informaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">han ascendido a\u00a0<\/span><b>3.849\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">casos de acceso o sustracci\u00f3n no autorizada de datos digitales y\/o confidenciales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La L\u00ednea de Ayuda en Ciberseguridad 017 aumenta su actividad<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El servicio gratuito y confidencial de INCIBE \u2018<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tu Ayuda en Ciberseguridad<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2019, atendi\u00f3\u00a0<\/span><b>142.767 consultas en 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, un 44,9% m\u00e1s que en 2024, a trav\u00e9s de su tel\u00e9fono, WhatsApp, Telegram, formulario web y atenci\u00f3n presencial. Un\u00a0<\/span><b>49% fueron consultas preventivas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, resolviendo dudas antes de que ocurrieran incidentes, mientras que el\u00a0<\/span><b>51% fueron reactivas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ayudando a v\u00edctimas a mitigar da\u00f1os una vez ocurrido el incidente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los principales temas de consulta al 017 son variados. Un\u00a0<\/span><b>28% de los usuarios\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">han recibido alg\u00fan\u00a0<\/span><b>intento de\u00a0<\/b><b><i>phishing\u00a0<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">por correo electr\u00f3nico,\u00a0<\/span><b><i>vishing\u00a0<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(llamadas de tel\u00e9fono fraudulentas para obtener informaci\u00f3n personal, descarga e instalaci\u00f3n de programas maliciosos, o realizaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan pago) o\u00a0<\/span><b><i>smishing\u00a0<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(los delincuentes intentan enga\u00f1ar a las personas para que divulguen informaci\u00f3n personal o financiera envi\u00e1ndoles mensajes a trav\u00e9s de SMS o mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea que incorporan enlaces fraudulentos); un\u00a0<\/span><b>16%\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">de personas han necesitado asesoramiento debido a\u00a0<\/span><b>compras fraudulentas\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">en\u00a0Internet; un\u00a0<\/span><b>14% contactaron\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con la L\u00ednea de Ayuda en relaci\u00f3n a alg\u00fan tipo de\u00a0<\/span><b>suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad digital<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adem\u00e1s, un\u00a0<\/span><b>5% de las consultas de menores\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">han solicitado ayuda y asesoramiento sobre casos de\u00a0<\/span><b>ciberacoso\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">y se han registrado\u00a0<\/span><b>3.302 reportes de contenidos inadecuados\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">relacionados con abuso sexual infantil a trav\u00e9s de nuestra\u00a0<\/span><b><i>hotline<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight:
