Es decir, que todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 preparado a nivel de usuario \u2018normal\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Las velocidades de terabits alcanzados por Nokia a trav\u00e9s de fibra representar\u00e1n un gran salto hacia delante sobre los l\u00edmites actuales de la red Internet de banda de red troncal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bautizada como Probabilistic Constellation Shaping (PCS), compite directamente con otro avance en el mundo de la \u00f3ptica que present\u00f3 la University College de Londres a principios de este a\u00f1o, garantizando velocidades de hasta 1,25Tbps.<\/p>\n<p>Estas redes con velocidades de terabits podr\u00edan ayudar a evolucionar hacia una Internet mucho m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, as\u00ed como a operadores y empresas que podr\u00edan mejorar la distancia y la capacidad de transmisi\u00f3n de datos de alta velocidad en las redes.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema que presentar\u00e1n utiliza la modulaci\u00f3n de amplitud en cuadratura (QAM) para lograr una mayor capacidad de transmisi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un canal dado, mejorando as\u00ed la eficiencia espectral de las comunicaciones \u00f3pticas, seg\u00fan indican desde la multinacional finlandesa.<\/p>\n<p>La idea es modificar la probabilidad con la que, en el lenguaje usado en transmisi\u00f3n, se utilizan puntos de la constelaci\u00f3n. Tradicionalmente, todos los puntos de la constelaci\u00f3n se utilizan con la misma frecuencia. PCS h\u00e1bilmente utiliza puntos de constelaci\u00f3n con gran amplitud y menos frecuencia que aquellos con menor amplitud para transmitir se\u00f1ales que, en promedio, son m\u00e1s resistentes al ruido y otros deterioros.
