Celent, filial de la firma internacional Oliver Wyman, est\u00e1 especializada en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda de la informaci\u00f3n en el sector financiero a nivel global.<\/p>\n<p>El premio reconoce aquellos proyectos de I+D con impacto sobre el negocio de una organizaci\u00f3n y valora su grado de innovaci\u00f3n, el nivel tecnol\u00f3gico y la excelencia en la implementaci\u00f3n. Concretamente, el jurado ha premiado a CaixaBank, entidad presidida por Jordi Gual y cuyo consejero delegado es Gonzalo Gort\u00e1zar, por la \u201cpresentaci\u00f3n de un verdadero proceso de transformaci\u00f3n digital\u201d en tres grandes categor\u00edas: mejoras de la experiencia del cliente, productos y proyectos de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, Celent ha destacado el trabajo de CaixaBank en la experiencia del cliente, plasmado especialmente en el nuevo portal web de la entidad, a trav\u00e9s del cual operan m\u00e1s de 5 millones de personas, y tambi\u00e9n en otras iniciativas, como el servicio exclusivo \u2018Mis Finanzas\u2019, que utiliza Big Data para proporcionar informaci\u00f3n al cliente sobre sus ingresos y gastos y ayudarle a entender su situaci\u00f3n financiera al detalle; y el nuevo modelo bancario mobile only de imaginBank, enfocado al p\u00fablico millennial-, en el que solo se puede operar mediante app m\u00f3vil y redes sociales, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>El galard\u00f3n valora el grado de innovaci\u00f3n, el nivel tecnol\u00f3gico y la excelencia en la implantaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los productos mejor valorados por Celent, CaixaBank ha sobresalido por sus novedosas propuestas en medios de pago, gesti\u00f3n de cuentas y correspondencia digital, a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones y servicios como CaixaBank Pay, MailBox o Mi Hucha.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Celent ha reconocido la apuesta de CaixaBank por tecnolog\u00edas emergentes, como el chatbot de imaginBank \u2013el primero del sector financiero en Espa\u00f1a\u2013 o la marat\u00f3n de programaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones m\u00f3viles imaginChallenge, un evento para impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n compartida y la cocreaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>CaixaBank ha recibido el premio en el marco del Innovation and Insight (I &amp; I) Day, el evento anual m\u00e1s importante de Celent, celebrado en Boston.
