{"id":3949,"date":"2018-09-03T14:55:50","date_gmt":"2018-09-03T12:55:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/las-ciudades-inteligentes-atraen-al-smart-tourism\/"},"modified":"2018-09-05T09:01:58","modified_gmt":"2018-09-05T07:01:58","slug":"las-ciudades-inteligentes-atraen-al-smart-tourism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/smart-tourism\/las-ciudades-inteligentes-atraen-al-smart-tourism","title":{"rendered":"Las ciudades inteligentes atraen al Smart tourism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">El concepto \u201cciudad inteligente\u201d est\u00e1 en pleno desarrollo, y se utiliza para designar\u00a0aquellas ciudades o modelos urban\u00edsticos que propugnan un crecimiento sostenible en todas sus dimensiones.\u00a0Si bien el t\u00e9rmino est\u00e1 a\u00fan en constante redefinici\u00f3n, la mayor\u00eda de las definiciones del mismo abundan en el desarrollo de las\u00a0Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n\u00a0(TIC), en el capital humano, la educaci\u00f3n y el medioambiente.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0EN EL SECTOR TUR\u00cdSTICO<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">En el \u00e1mbito del turismo, las ciudades inteligentes presentan unas nuevas necesidades, pero ofrecen tambi\u00e9n novedosas oportunidades de negocio. Las ciudades pasan a convertirse entonces en\u00a0Smart Destinations,\u00a0que, tal y como se las defini\u00f3 en el congreso\u00a0<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000\"><b>Barcelona Sustainable Tourism Destination<\/b><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\">de Abril de 2012, son aqu\u00e9llas que\u00a0incorporan la sostenibilidad y la tecnolog\u00eda en todas las fases de la cadena de valor, y que son capaces de gestionarlas a largo plazo para obtener una ventaja competitiva sostenida en el tiempo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">En el Encuentro en Inteligencia en Destinos Tur\u00edsticos, organizado en Palma en junio de 2013, se apuntaron algunas de estas oportunidades, como por ejemplo la\u00a0expansi\u00f3n de la conectividad wi-fi\u00a0en destinos tur\u00edsticos para mejorar la calidad de la experiencia del visitante, que en la Playa de Palma se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo con un coste cero para la administraci\u00f3n mediante acuerdos con entidades privadas y que posibilitar\u00e1 la conexi\u00f3n a internet en cinco kil\u00f3metros de playa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Otras ideas innovadoras que presentan tambi\u00e9n posibilidades de desarrollo son los\u00a0aeropuertos inteligentes, consistentes en sistemas desarrollados entorno a una \u201cparrilla digital\u201d, una red que permite el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n en todo el ecosistema, incluyendo el aeropuerto, la ciudad de destino, las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas, los puertos, la log\u00edstica, las autoridades y, naturalmente, los pasajeros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">EL PROYECTO CLOUD DESTINATION<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Los servicios nativos de red tambi\u00e9n apuestan por las ciudades inteligentes. El\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cloud-destination.com\/\">proyecto Cloud Destination<\/a>, financiado por el Ministerio de Innovaci\u00f3n y Ciencia y el Fondo Europeo regional, es una plataforma global de turismo que permitir\u00e1 gestionar a trav\u00e9s de las TIC estrategias ordenadas para este tipo de negocio, fij\u00e1ndose en el antes, el durante y el despu\u00e9s de la visita del turista a fin de realizar una mejor gesti\u00f3n de su actividad. Tambi\u00e9n las p\u00e1ginas destinadas al consumidor final, como Google Travel, mejoran su oferta. Seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3 un alto ejecutivo de Google Travel, est\u00e1n apostando por la velocidad en la respuesta en las b\u00fasquedas de vuelos, implementando su tecnolog\u00eda \u201cinstant search\u201d y las posibilidades de geolocalizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sin embargo, algunos analistas alertan que las smart cities, aplicadas al marketing tur\u00edstico, tendr\u00e1n sobre todo un\u00a0mayor impacto en las experiencias de preventa y las posteriores al viaje\u00a0que durante \u00e9ste en s\u00ed mismo, puesto que la calidad experiencial debe estar centrada en la confirmaci\u00f3n de las expectativas prometidas. Pese a ello, estamos frente a un sector nuevo con grandes posibilidades de crecimiento.
