{"id":4034,"date":"2018-12-11T10:26:09","date_gmt":"2018-12-11T09:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/tarragona-primera-ciudad-espanola-con-gratuidad-universal-de-bus\/"},"modified":"2018-12-11T10:34:32","modified_gmt":"2018-12-11T09:34:32","slug":"tarragona-primera-ciudad-espanola-con-gratuidad-universal-de-bus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/ciudades\/tarragona-primera-ciudad-espanola-con-gratuidad-universal-de-bus","title":{"rendered":"Tarragona, primera ciudad espa\u00f1ola con gratuidad universal de bus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/iSAskULXBDI\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen title=\"YouTube video\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>La revoluci\u00f3n de la movilidad tarraconense hacia una ciudad m\u00e1s sostenible es hoy por hoy uno de los puntos anunciados para iniciar este 2019 como proyecto de ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Tarragona quiere convertirse en la primera ciudad espa\u00f1ola en ofrecer la gratuidad universal en los buses de la EMT despu\u00e9s de que ya fuera pionera en ofrecer el acceso gratuito a los ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y jubilados.<\/p>\n<p>La medida se prev\u00e9 en cuatro a\u00f1os, aplicando el 25% del descuento de manera anual durante el pr\u00f3ximo mandato, en los diversos abonos, con una primera rebaja a incios del nuevo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una clara apuesta por una transformaci\u00f3n social y urban\u00edstica que sirva para fomentar e incrementar el uso del transporte p\u00fablico por un lado, y por otro la cohesi\u00f3n de los diversos n\u00facleos y barrios de la ciudad. En este sentido, establecer tambi\u00e9n el actual aparcamiento Battestini como estaci\u00f3n principal de la EMT en el centro, e incrementar el fomento por transbordo y la intermodalidad.<br \/>Hacia una ciudad m\u00e1s sostenible y menos contaminante<\/p>\n<p>Manteniendo la Empresa Municipal de Transportes (EMT) de car\u00e1cter 100% p\u00fablico, se prev\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n la renovaci\u00f3n gradual de la flota de autobuses por veh\u00edculos m\u00e1s eficientes y menos contaminantes.<br \/>Hay que tener presente que con capacidad entre 20 y 80 pasajeros, un bus transporta m\u00e1s n\u00famero de gente en un mismo espacio, ocupando 20 veces menos que lo que ocupar\u00edan en veh\u00edculos privados, por lo que el consumo de energ\u00eda y las emisiones por pasajero son tambi\u00e9n mucho menores.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente la creaci\u00f3n de una tarjeta TT de acceso sencillo y \u00e1gil a los servicios p\u00fablicos municipales supondr\u00e1n una nueva apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n y la tecnolog\u00eda en favor de la ciudadan\u00eda, siguiendo los ejes y par\u00e1metros de la Fundaci\u00f3n Tarragona Smart Mediterranean Region y su apuesta para iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la calidad de vida, la sostenibilidad y la gesti\u00f3n eficiente de los servicios, innovando en materiales, recursos y modelos, mediante el conocimiento, la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, una Tarragona mejor, una ciudad m\u00e1s avanzada, una ciudad inteligente<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La revoluci\u00f3n de la movilidad tarraconense hacia una ciudad m\u00e1s sostenible es hoy por hoy uno de los puntos anunciados para iniciar este 2019 como proyecto de ciudad.
