En el otro extremo se encuentran <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: 1rem\">Galicia<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit\"> (9%), <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: 1rem\">Extremadura<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit\"> (10%) y <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: 1rem\">Madrid<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit\"> (10%).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Seg\u00fan el <strong>Estudio sobre Salud y Estilo de Vida<\/strong> de <strong>Aegon<\/strong>, ocho de cada diez espa\u00f1oles no emplea aplicaciones o dispositivos para el cuidado su salud. As\u00ed, de acuerdo con el informe, <strong>solo el 14% de los encuestados las utiliza<\/strong> y, en estos casos, su empleo est\u00e1 relacionado con la pr\u00e1ctica de alg\u00fan deporte y la actividad f\u00edsica.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Si nos fijamos en la edad de los entrevistados, no hay una tendencia \u00fanica: los m\u00e1s esc\u00e9pticos respecto al papel de la tecnolog\u00eda a la hora de mejorar la salud tienen entre <strong>35 y 44 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Por otra parte, los resultados muestran que <strong>los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes conf\u00edan m\u00e1s en la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> para mejorar su salud.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Por sexos, los hombres (17%) est\u00e1n m\u00e1s familiarizados que las mujeres (11%) con estos dispositivos para monitorizar su estado sanitario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>LA MAYOR\u00cdA, A FAVOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: inherit;color: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: 10pt\">En general, existe una <strong>opini\u00f3n mayoritaria<\/strong> sobre los efectos positivos de la tecnolog\u00eda en la salud: para m\u00e1s del 70% ayuda a mejorar el servicio y la accesibilidad de los servicios sanitarios, a plantear nuevos retos saludables (62%), a tener m\u00e1s controlado el estado de salud y a estar m\u00e1s informado (54%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos han permitido la aparici\u00f3n de todo tipo de dispositivos y aplicaciones para que las personas lleven un control de su salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">\u201cEvidentemente, la calidad de estos <em>gadgets<\/em> y aplicaciones es muy variable.
