Los accionistas de Attunity recibir\u00e1n 23,5 d\u00f3lares en efectivo por acci\u00f3n, lo que supone una prima del 18% sobre el \u00faltimo precio de cierre de Attunity, de 19,93 d\u00f3lares por acci\u00f3n, del 20 de febrero de 2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la base de la reciente adquisici\u00f3n por parte de Qlik de <strong>Podium Data<\/strong> y del lanzamiento de <strong>Qlik Data Catalyst<\/strong>, Attunity ofrecer\u00e1 capacidades de transmisi\u00f3n multiplataforma de datos para respaldar la transici\u00f3n a la nube y el <strong>an\u00e1lisis de datos en tiempo real<\/strong>.
