{"id":4228,"date":"2019-03-29T13:12:47","date_gmt":"2019-03-29T12:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/etihad-y-elenium-quieren-revolucionar-la-experiencia-del-viaje\/"},"modified":"2019-03-29T17:52:28","modified_gmt":"2019-03-29T16:52:28","slug":"etihad-y-elenium-quieren-revolucionar-la-experiencia-del-viaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/tecnologia\/etihad-y-elenium-quieren-revolucionar-la-experiencia-del-viaje","title":{"rendered":"Etihad y Elenium revolucionan la experiencia del viaje a\u00e9reo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Etihad Airways<\/strong>, la aerol\u00ednea nacional de los <strong>Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos<\/strong>, ha firmado un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con <strong>Elenium<\/strong>, el proveedor l\u00edder de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, gracias al cual se ofrecer\u00e1 un nuevo quiosco auto-servicio presente en las terminales de los aeropuertos que se activa por voz y que ofrece recogida de equipaje y facilidades de acceso a la puerta de embarque.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva instalaci\u00f3n revolucionar\u00e1 la experiencia del viaje, que usa <strong>tecnolog\u00eda de reconocimiento facial<\/strong> en beneficio del pasajero.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etihad.com\/es-es\/?CID=PPC-SPAIN-GOOGLE&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjwhPfkBRD0ARIsAAcYycESMaRwwNUZgRaSV4SqaS5qiHAN3mtirIa1ZmeH2A6GdVYb2hI4mnUaAubFEALw_wcB&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds\">Etihad Airways<\/a> y Elenium utilizar\u00e1n la <a href=\"inteligencia-artificial-para-ayudar-a-salvar-el-planeta&amp;catid=32&amp;lang=es-ES\">inteligencia artificial <\/a>(AI), la visi\u00f3n inform\u00e1tica e interconexi\u00f3n humana natural para cambiar la forma de viajar de los pasajeros, ofreci\u00e9ndoles una nueva experiencia en el aeropuerto.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva experiencia de check in y equipaje tiene las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:<\/p>\n<p>-Los pasajeros <strong>facturan desde el m\u00f3vil<\/strong> su vuelo y registran sus datos antes de llegar al aeropuerto, sin necesidad de colas.<\/p>\n<p>-Esta nueva herramienta para el equipaje, escanea y memoriza cada maleta en la cinta y la asigna a la <strong>reserva del pasajero<\/strong> eliminando la necesidad de etiquetar el equipaje<\/p>\n<p>-Utilizando la <strong>biometr\u00eda<\/strong>, se identifica a los pasajeros y se les ofrece un servicio personalizado de compras duty-free a trav\u00e9s de una pantalla interactiva con voz, para solucionar las necesidades del pasajero<\/p>\n<p>-Los <strong>kioskos de atenci\u00f3n al viajero<\/strong> se pueden encontrar en toda la terminal y permiten asistir en la informaci\u00f3n del aeropuerto y proveer servicios complementarios<\/p>\n<p>-Los pasajeros podr\u00e1n acceder al vuelo sin la necesidad de <strong>imprimir el pase de embarque<\/strong>, este se activar\u00e1 de manera autom\u00e1tica, r\u00e1pida y segura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCIA DIGITAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mike Papamichael<\/strong>, Vicepresidente de Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n de Etihad Airways, ha comentado: \u201cLa estrategia es hacer que el viaje se convierta en una experiencia digital para los pasajeros, a trav\u00e9s de todos los canales y puntos de contacto en el aeropuerto. La relaci\u00f3n de Etihad con <strong>Elenium<\/strong> se apoya en esta estrategia de micro servicios que nos permite co-crear y desarrollar soluciones. Estas innovaciones biom\u00e9tricas y de auto-servicio permitir\u00e1n una mayor flexibilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Aaron Hornlimann<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer de Elenium Automation, ha declarado: \u00abJunto con <strong>Etihad<\/strong>, hemos logrado utilizar la inteligencia artificial y la cloud computing para reinventar la experiencia del pasajero mediante el reconocimiento de voz y la biometr\u00eda. Nuestra visi\u00f3n es que los pasajeros simplemente caminen por el aeropuerto sin obst\u00e1culos, ni necesidad de escanear un pase de embarque.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La colaboraci\u00f3n entre Elenium, Etihad Airways y <strong>Amazon Web Services<\/strong> (AWS), la empresa subsidiaria de cloud computing, permitir\u00e1 aportar un nuevo concepto para una experiencia eficiente en todo el viaje, desde la reserva hasta la llegada al destino final.<\/p>\n<p>Etihad Airways tambi\u00e9n implementar\u00e1 la aplicaci\u00f3n <strong>Elenium Voyager<\/strong> que incluye gesti\u00f3n de reservas, check-in de pasajeros, validaci\u00f3n de pasaportes, comprobaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica, inscripci\u00f3n biom\u00e9trica facial, tarjeta de pago, gesti\u00f3n de itinerarios (hotel, transferencia, coche,
