En el \u00faltimo estudio llevado a cabo por la reconocida agencia de valoraciones <strong>EcoVadis<\/strong>, Covestro ha mejorado significativamente sus resultados y ahora se encuentra en el top 1% de las <strong>mejores empresas<\/strong> de entre las 50.000 que participaron en este estudio. Con 80 puntos sobre una valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 100, Covestro obtuvo una puntuaci\u00f3n muy por encima de la media (44,6 puntos).<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo <strong>incremento de siete puntos<\/strong> en la valoraci\u00f3n se debe, entre otras cosas, a los esfuerzos realizados por la compa\u00f1\u00eda para mejorar las condiciones laborales en favor de la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida personal y laboral de los trabajadores. Tambi\u00e9n destacan las iniciativas llevadas a cabo para la <strong>protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente<\/strong> y el alto nivel de las medidas de <a href=\"greencities-cumple-diez-anos-de-inteligencia-y-sostenibilidad-urbana-por&amp;catid=38&amp;lang=es-ES\">sostenibilidad <\/a>implementadas. Adem\u00e1s, para la valoraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se ha tenido en cuenta la conducta \u00e9tica y el respeto a los derechos humanos por parte de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA SOSTENIBILIDAD COMO ELEMENTO CLAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa sostenibilidad en todas las \u00e1reas es un elemento clave para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.covestro.com\/\">Covestro<\/a>, como muestra nuestra posici\u00f3n en las valoraciones de EcoVadis. Asimismo, Covestro tambi\u00e9n utiliza el mismo estudio para valorar los resultados en sostenibilidad de sus proveedores como parte de la iniciativa <strong>Together for Sustainability<\/strong> (Juntos por la Sostenibilidad), un consorcio de importantes compa\u00f1\u00edas qu\u00edmicas que busca establecer un est\u00e1ndar mundial para fomentar cadenas de suministro sostenibles dentro de la industria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACERCA DE COVESTRO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con una facturaci\u00f3n de 14.600 millones de euros en 2018, Covestro se sit\u00faa entre las <strong>mayores empresas de pol\u00edmeros<\/strong> del mundo.
