{"id":4321,"date":"2019-04-30T16:43:27","date_gmt":"2019-04-30T14:43:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/la-arquitectura-mas-innovadora-y-social-protagonista-del-talks-arena-de-bbconstrumat\/"},"modified":"2019-04-30T16:43:27","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T14:43:27","slug":"la-arquitectura-mas-innovadora-y-social-protagonista-del-talks-arena-de-bbconstrumat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/smart-building\/la-arquitectura-mas-innovadora-y-social-protagonista-del-talks-arena-de-bbconstrumat","title":{"rendered":"La arquitectura m\u00e1s innovadora y social, protagonista del Talks Arena de BBConstrumat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La arquitectura capaz de innovar y capaz de enfrentarse a los retos globales que presenta la sociedad actual ser\u00e1 la protagonista de <strong>Talks Arena<\/strong>, el espacio de debate y conocimiento de <a href=\"las-zonas-comunes-de-bbconstrumat-ejemplo-de-economia-circular&amp;catid=48&amp;lang=es-ES\">Barcelona Building Construmat<\/a>, el sal\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>Fira de Barcelona<\/strong>, que tendr\u00e1 lugar del 14 al 17 de mayo en el recinto de Gran Via.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el comisariado del arquitecto, editor y docente <strong>Ricardo Devesa<\/strong>, el congreso \u2018L\u00f3gicas de innovaci\u00f3n y cambio\u2019, que tendr\u00e1 lugar en el marco de este espacio, dar\u00e1 a conocer una nueva arquitectura, la arquitectura expandida, basada en la <strong>innovaci\u00f3n y la experimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para dar respuesta a las necesidades tanto sociales como medioambientales de la sociedad actual.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Devesa afirma que \u201cla <strong>arquitectura expandida<\/strong> es una disciplina que, principalmente desde la crisis financiera, se viene desarrollando a nivel global con la intenci\u00f3n de dar respuesta a cuestiones como el cambio clim\u00e1tico, las migraciones, las disrupciones tecnol\u00f3gicas o los cambios sociales\u201d. Y es que las actuales l\u00f3gicas arquitect\u00f3nicas y del dise\u00f1o, entendidas como sistemas de procedimientos y m\u00e9todos, est\u00e1n en continua adaptaci\u00f3n al contexto en el que operan y se desarrollan. Seg\u00fan Devesa, se trata de \u201cunas <strong>l\u00f3gicas de innovaci\u00f3n y cambio<\/strong>\u201d, que son las que dan nombre al congreso.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, los cinco ejes tem\u00e1ticos sobre los que se vertebrar\u00e1 el evento ser\u00e1n <strong>cinco l\u00f3gicas fundamentales<\/strong> para la implementaci\u00f3n del concepto de arquitectura expandida, acu\u00f1ado por el propio Ricardo Devesa y sus colaboradores, creadores de la plataforma online <strong>UrbanNext<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El primer eje se titula <strong>\u2018L\u00f3gicas espaciales\u2019<\/strong> y en \u00e9l se analizar\u00e1 el impacto arquitect\u00f3nico en el entorno natural. En el segundo, <strong>\u2018L\u00f3gicas funcionales\u2019<\/strong>, se abordar\u00e1 la capacidad de los edificios ya construidos a adaptarse a nuevos usos mientras que el tercero, <strong>\u2018L\u00f3gicas profesionales<\/strong>\u2019, incidir\u00e1 en la influencia que tiene y tendr\u00e1 la aplicaci\u00f3n de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas como la rob\u00f3tica o la inteligencia artificial y de los nuevos materiales en el ejercicio de la actividad.<\/p>\n<p>La cuarta tem\u00e1tica, <strong>\u2018L\u00f3gicas sociales&#8217;<\/strong>, intentar\u00e1 mostrar c\u00f3mo la nueva arquitectura afronta los nuevos cambios sociales como consecuencia, entre otros, del incremento de movimientos migratorios o el aumento del precio del suelo. El quinto y \u00faltimo eje, <strong>\u2018L\u00f3gicas culturales<\/strong>\u2019, analizar\u00e1 las nuevas propuestas te\u00f3ricas y acciones pedag\u00f3gicas nacidas desde el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, as\u00ed como las posibles cosmovisiones que desde la arquitectura expandida se proponen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J\u00d3VENES ARQUITECTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El congreso se caracterizar\u00e1, adem\u00e1s, por dar voz a j\u00f3venes arquitectos, que contar\u00e1n con un <strong>m\u00e1ximo de 20 a\u00f1os en el ejercicio de la disciplina<\/strong>. As\u00ed, participar\u00e1n profesionales como <strong>Roger Tud\u00f3<\/strong>, arquitecto cofundador del estudio HARQUITECTES; <strong>Sandra Bestraten<\/strong>, arquitecta y profesora de la UPC, o <strong>Alejandro Haiek<\/strong>, arquitecto venezolano referente de la arquitectura colaborativa, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, habr\u00e1 conferencias de expertos en los retos globales anunciados tales como <strong>Mario Carpo<\/strong>, historiador y cr\u00edtico italiano de arquitectura y, actualmente, profesor de Historia y Teor\u00eda de la Arquitectura en el University College de Londres; o <strong>Neil Leach<\/strong>, arquitecto brit\u00e1nico y profesor en la Universidad de Harvard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La arquitectura capaz de innovar y
