La actividad, dirigida a profesionales y prescriptores, mostr\u00f3 \u2018in situ\u2019 el montaje de la envolvente de la planta baja de primera vivienda pasiva con estructura de madera de la provincia de M\u00e1laga, que la firma est\u00e1 construyendo estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o de esta casa pasiva aislada, a cargo de la arquitecta <strong>Ana Carvajal Garc\u00eda,<\/strong> del estudio granadino <strong>Arquigreen<\/strong>, est\u00e1 basado en la adaptaci\u00f3n y el respeto a la naturaleza del entorno y a la topograf\u00eda de la parcela, buscando la orientaci\u00f3n de la vivienda al mejor soleamiento sur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Arquitectura y Dise\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>La vivienda, de calificaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica A, ha sido dise\u00f1ada con criterios bioclim\u00e1ticos y de Standard Passivhaus para lograr la m\u00e1xima eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y adelantarse al cumplimiento de criterios de construcci\u00f3n de edificios de consumo casi nulo (ECCN o nZEB), como marca el Nuevo C\u00f3digo T\u00e9cnico de Edificaci\u00f3n a nivel europeo que entrar\u00e1 en vigor a finales de este 2020.<\/p>\n<p>El volumen arquitect\u00f3nico es bastante compacto para ayudar al factor de forma, muy importante en los dise\u00f1os pasivos y a la estanqueidad de la envolvente. La parcela consta de 425 m2 y la vivienda tiene 195 m2 construidos. La vivienda se distribuye en dos plantas. La planta baja contar\u00e1 con entrada \/recibidor, un aseo, un sal\u00f3n-comedor-cocina con acceso directo al jard\u00edn, una habitaci\u00f3n de invitados con ba\u00f1o privado tipo suite y un lavadero-trastero. En la planta primera se dispondr\u00e1 el dormitorio principal, dos dormitorios individuales, un ba\u00f1o y una salida a terraza ajardinada.<\/p>\n<h3>Estructura y Materiales<\/h3>\n<p>La estructura se resuelve mediante un entramado ligero de madera, un sistema que implement\u00f3 <strong>ARQUIMA<\/strong> ya en 2008. Los aspectos b\u00e1sicos que se han tenido en cuenta a la hora de adoptar el sistema estructural de madera son principalmente las cualidades de la misma, ya que es un material noble, altamente recomendable en la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas, que no solo destaca por su flexibilidad y versatilidad, sino tambi\u00e9n por su aporte a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y a la sostenibilidad, entre muchas otras ventajas. El comportamiento estructural de la madera, (que por naturaleza es un material flexible) hace que se disipe la energ\u00eda s\u00edsmica, y \u00e9sta fluye a trav\u00e9s del material haci\u00e9ndolo trabajar en su zona el\u00e1stica del espectro tensi\u00f3n v\/s deformaci\u00f3n pero regres\u00e1ndola a su estado original, ofreciendo grados de libertad frente a los movimientos y no absorbiendo la energ\u00eda del sismo. De esta manera, el comportamiento de la madera frente a los sismos es inmejorable porque absorbe las fuerzas din\u00e1micas mejor que otros materiales.<\/p>\n<h3>Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica<\/h3>\n<p>El sistema envolvente se ha dise\u00f1ado con un sistema de altas prestaciones de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico, y una alta hermeticidad al aire, al objeto de optimizar el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico de la vivienda, aminorando la demanda energ\u00e9tica de la misma hasta un 90%. La vivienda estar\u00e1 equipada con los \u00faltimos avances en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica como sistemas de control solar mediante persianas orientables repleglables.<\/p>\n<h3>Ventilaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>La vivienda ser\u00e1 un \u2018Edificio de Consumo Energ\u00e9tico Casi Nulo\u2019 (ECCN o nZEB) con un alt\u00edsimo grado de confort interior a trav\u00e9s de una envolvente continua; con una alto grado de aislamiento y sin puentes t\u00e9rmicos; un alto grado de hermeticidad y un sistema de Ventilaci\u00f3n Mec\u00e1nica Controlada (VMC) de doble flujo y con recuperador de calor de alta eficiencia.<\/p>\n<h3>Energ\u00edas Renovables<\/h3>\n<p>La vivienda tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con los \u00faltimos avances en energ\u00edas renovables:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Aerotermia: para dar la energ\u00eda del sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n, climatizaci\u00f3n y aire acondicionado <br \/>\u2022 Fotovoltaica: para que la vivienda sea autosuficiente energ\u00e9ticamente<\/p>\n<p>La casa tambi\u00e9n dispondr\u00e1 de sistemas de dep\u00f3sito de aguas pluviales y de depuraci\u00f3n de aguas grises (lavabos y duchas), que se reutilizar\u00e1n en cisternas de inodoros y riego.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa prev\u00e9 que la vivienda est\u00e9 lista para que sus propietarios puedan entrar a vivir en Junio, por lo que todo el proceso de la obra, (contando desde el inicio 2\/12\/2019 con el movimiento de tierras, muros de contenci\u00f3n, cimentaci\u00f3n, losa, etc. hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n) se prev\u00e9 que sea de 5-6 meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda especializada en construcci\u00f3n pasiva industrializada ARQUIMA (www.arquima.net) realiz\u00f3 ayer una Jornada T\u00e9cnica en Alhaur\u00edn de la Torre.
