Por ello, la empresa decana de la intermediaci\u00f3n&nbsp;inmobiliaria en Espa\u00f1a ha creado una campa\u00f1a para que quien lo desee&nbsp;pueda realizar una reserva online para cualquiera de las m\u00e1s de 4.100&nbsp;viviendas que tiene en comercializaci\u00f3n en su portal online .<\/p>\n<h3>La reserva, adem\u00e1s, es muy sencilla y sin ning\u00fan tipo de compromiso.<\/h3>\n<p>Para formalizarla s\u00f3lo se requiere el abono de 100 euros por&nbsp;transferencia. Un importe que, en caso de cancelaci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 devuelto&nbsp;en su totalidad sin importar la causa de la anulaci\u00f3n por parte del&nbsp;demandante. Una vez que las autoridades permitan la libre circulaci\u00f3n de las&nbsp;personas, la reserva seguir\u00e1 vigente hasta una semana despu\u00e9s del fin&nbsp;del confinamiento para que el cliente interesado pueda escoger el d\u00eda y&nbsp;la hora en la que desea realizar la visita a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<h3>Un formulario de reserva sencillo<\/h3>\n<p>El formulario de reserva es muy sencillo. Las personas interesadas en&nbsp;comprar la vivienda, \u00fanicamente, deber\u00e1n facilitar su nombre y&nbsp;apellidos, un tel\u00e9fono y un correo electr\u00f3nico para que donpiso se&nbsp;pueda poner en contacto con ellos tras formalizar la solicitud. Una vez se haya realizado correctamente la reserva, donpiso le har\u00e1 llegar asimismo al cliente un documento de reserva que servir\u00e1 como justificante para ser utilizado a
