En todos lo tiempos ha existido la innovaci\u00f3n, maneras diferentes de hacer nuevos proyectos y se han impulsado nuevas tecnolog\u00eda. Eso no se pone en duda.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva gesti\u00f3n de sostenibilidad, la innovaci\u00f3n social, la introducci\u00f3n del big data o la nueva manera de gestionar al personal mediante competencias han supuesto mejoras. Mejoras incluso en las reducciones de costes mediante, por ejemplo la externalizaci\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro gracias a la globalizaci\u00f3n y la mano de obra m\u00e1s barata en otros pa\u00edses. Todas estas mejoras se aplicaban en tiempos de prosperidad. Quien iba a imaginar el descalabro debido a la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Todas estas nuevas visiones nos hacen crecer aunque algunas de ellas han quedado en entredicho. Siguiendo con el ejemplo anterior, las cadenas de suministro globales han quedado da\u00f1adas cuando la pandemia estaba en su punto \u00e1lgido. Las materias primas estaban en India, se deb\u00edan ensamblar en Turqu\u00eda pero los puentes de conexi\u00f3n ya no eran tan fluidos por la par\u00e1lisis mundial. Este ejemplo pone en evidencia que nada es seguro para siempre, que debemos navegar en un mundo con grandes oleajes, pero para saber navegar con tempestades, como m\u00ednimo deber\u00edamos ser capitanes sin marearnos con frecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>A este mareo me refiero a tener la habilidad de construir soluciones a falta de seguridad, de rutinas y h\u00e1bitos sin caer en el estr\u00e9s. Si bien este capit\u00e1n del barco debe conocer a su tripulaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda conocerse a \u00e9l mismo, y a su propia gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s. \u00bfQu\u00e9 regiones cerebrales influyen o se activan en situaciones de incertidumbre y de estr\u00e9s?<\/p>\n<p>La corteza visual (nuestra percepci\u00f3n de los est\u00edmulos que proceden de la vista), el hipocampo (poniendo la emoci\u00f3n como bandera) \u00bfser\u00e1 una amenaza ouna recompensa?); la am\u00edgdala (estructura que se encarga de proteger la supervivencia del individuo cuando detecta un peligro ycoordina una respuesta fisiol\u00f3gica y conductual); la corteza prefrontal (hace \u00e9nfasis en el control y en aspectos cognitivos como en qu\u00e9 me puedo basar para tomar una buena decisi\u00f3n, qu\u00e9 datos tengo para procesar, que he aprendido previamente que me permita o no tomar decisiones); el hipot\u00e1lamo (en las reacciones m\u00e1s viscerales) y la corteza motora (con todo lo anterior, dar\u00e1 paso a una conducta final)<\/p>\n<p>Cuando nuestro cerebro est\u00e1 en situaci\u00f3n de ambig\u00fcedad, intenta buscar pistas que por experiencias pasadas est\u00e9n asociadas con la seguridad, y si esto no funciona, cualquier cosa nos parece peligrosa porque no tenemos con qu\u00e9 comparar y nuestra maquinaria se pone en funcionamiento. Nos produce ansiedad, insomnio, estr\u00e9s. Si intuimos qu\u00e9 pasa en nuestro cuerpo, al menos tendremos estrategias para poner alguna soluci\u00f3n. Si intuimos las tendencias econ\u00f3micas , al menos tendremos estrategias para ejecutar nuevos proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando estamos en situaciones de estr\u00e9s, la am\u00edgdala malinterpreta las se\u00f1ales de peligro y su gravedad recae en la hiperactivaci\u00f3n.
