Junto al secretario general de la <strong>OMT<\/strong>, <strong>Zurab Pololikashvili<\/strong>, participaron<strong> Rebeca Grynspan, secretaria general de la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre Comercio y Desarrollo<\/strong> (<strong>UNCTAD<\/strong>), <strong>Mauricio Claver-Carone, Presidente del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo<\/strong> (<strong>BID<\/strong>), <strong>Juan Carlos Salazar, Secretario General de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil Internacional<\/strong> (<strong>OACI<\/strong>), R<strong>eyes Maroto, Ministra de Industria, Comercio y Turismo de Espa\u00f1a, Juan Verde, Presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n Liderazgo Avanzado, y Jos\u00e9 Luis Bonet, Presidente de las C\u00e1maras de Comercio de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Al evento se sumaron tambi\u00e9n 10 Ministros de Turismo en persona, a los que se sumaron otros ministros de forma virtual.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> secretario general de la OMT, Zurab Pololikashvili,<\/strong> dijo: \u00abEsta Cumbre subraya la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el papel vital que la financiaci\u00f3n del turismo y el aprovechamiento del poder de la innovaci\u00f3n desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1n en la construcci\u00f3n de un turismo m\u00e1s resistente y sostenible.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Junto al secretario general<strong> Pololikashvili,<\/strong> en un debate de alto nivel sobre \u00abLa financiaci\u00f3n del futuro del turismo\u00bb, la secretaria general de la UNCTAD, Rebeca Grynspan, subray\u00f3 que \u00abel turismo necesita apoyo pol\u00edtico e inversi\u00f3n\u00bb. La <strong>secretaria general Grynspan<\/strong> agradeci\u00f3 a la <strong>OMT<\/strong> su labor de promoci\u00f3n de acreditaci\u00f3n y certificaciones desde el inicio de la crisis y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u00abEl<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>turismo puede ser una energ\u00eda y una fuerza muy buenas para volver a construir mejor, de forma diferente y juntos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Con un programa que refleja las prioridades clave de la <strong>OMT<\/strong> y del turismo mundial en general, el primer d\u00eda se centr\u00f3 en la&nbsp;<strong>financiaci\u00f3n del futuro del turismo<\/strong>, especialmente en la aceleraci\u00f3n del cambio hacia el crecimiento neto cero.
