{"id":9910,"date":"2021-12-03T07:57:38","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T06:57:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesmartcityjournal.cibeles.net\/sin-categorizar\/la-formacion-en-construccion-eficiente-clave-para-optimizar-los-fondos-de-recuperacion\/"},"modified":"2021-12-02T21:26:52","modified_gmt":"2021-12-02T20:26:52","slug":"la-formacion-en-construccion-eficiente-clave-para-optimizar-los-fondos-de-recuperacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thesmartcityjournal.com\/es\/smart-building\/la-formacion-en-construccion-eficiente-clave-para-optimizar-los-fondos-de-recuperacion","title":{"rendered":"La formaci\u00f3n en construcci\u00f3n eficiente, clave para optimizar los fondos de recuperaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\"><em>PEP, GBCe, BREEAM ES, CSCAE y CGATE colaboran para ofrecer acciones en beneficio de los profesionales de la Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica, la Arquitectura, la construcci\u00f3n y la sociedad en general en Espa\u00f1a<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>La Plataforma de Edificaci\u00f3n Passivhaus (PEP)<\/strong>, <strong>Green Building Council Espa\u00f1a (GBCe), el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Galicia (ITG e Indistintamente BREEAM ES), el Consejo General de la Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica de Espa\u00f1a (CGATE) y el Consejo Superior de Colegios de Arquitectos de Espa\u00f1a (CSCAE) <\/strong>han firmado un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3npara el desarrollo de acciones en beneficio del colectivo de profesionales que ejercen la Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica y la Arquitectura en Espa\u00f1a, de la construcci\u00f3n y de la sociedad en general.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, este acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n supone la comunicaci\u00f3n, divulgaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n del est\u00e1ndar <strong>Passivhaus<\/strong> y las certificaciones medioambientales <strong>VERDE y BREEAM ES,<\/strong> principalmente de \u00e1mbito t\u00e9cnico, a los citados colectivos en el \u00e1mbito de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y sostenibilidad medioambiental en la edificaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, completa y da viabilidad al acuerdo que se firm\u00f3 en enero de 2020 para llevar a cabo acciones de formaci\u00f3n conjunta y que tuvo que cancelarse al surgir la Pandemia del Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido,<strong> PEP<\/strong>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con <strong>GBCe<\/strong> y <strong>BREEAM ES,<\/strong> ofrecer\u00e1 talleres de formaci\u00f3n a los colegios que integran las organizaciones colegiales representadas tanto por <strong>CSCAE<\/strong> como por <strong>CGATE<\/strong> que versar\u00e1n sobre el est\u00e1ndar Passivhaus y las certificaciones medioambientales <strong>VERDE<\/strong> y <strong>BREEAM ES.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por la realizaci\u00f3n de dichos talleres se obtendr\u00e1 un certificado de aprovechamiento, que vendr\u00e1 avalado tanto por <strong>PEP<\/strong>, <strong>GBCe<\/strong> y <strong>BREEAM ES<\/strong>, como por <strong>CGATE<\/strong> y <strong>CSCAE<\/strong> y, anualmente, se desarrollar\u00e1n entre 4 ediciones presenciales y 1 online.<\/p>\n<p>Como explica <strong>Bruno Guti\u00e9rrez Cuevas, presidente de PEP,<\/strong> \u201cl<em>os fondos de recuperaci\u00f3n nos traer\u00e1n muchas oportunidades si sabemos hacer las cosas correctamente, por eso, ahora m\u00e1s que nunca es fundamental que los profesionales se especialicen en est\u00e1ndares y certificaciones medioambientales que protegen el planeta<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abEstamos transformando el sector de la edificaci\u00f3n en favor de la salud, el ahorro y el respeto ambiental, y conjuntamente podremos tener un impacto mayor y en mucho menos tiempo. Esta alianza nos permite trabajar juntos para que todos&nbsp;los profesionales del sector cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para que los edificios dejen de ser activos contaminantes e ineficientes\u201d<\/em>, sostiene <strong>Javier Torralba de la Fuente, de BREEAM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Bruno Sauer, director general de GBCe<\/strong>, se\u00f1ala que \u201c<em>para lograr el objetivo de una Europa clim\u00e1ticamente neutra en 2050, no debe existir otro modelo de construir que el modelo sostenible. Una forma de garantizarlo es mediante certificaciones como VERDE y DGNB, alineadas con la pol\u00edtica europea en sostenibilidad. Sumar fuerzas y colaborar entre los est\u00e1ndares y herramientas de certificaci\u00f3n es clave para impulsar la edificaci\u00f3n sostenible y acelerar la transformaci\u00f3n del sector\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>Alfredo Sanz Corma, presidente de CGATE, <\/strong><em>\u201clograr la descarbonizaci\u00f3n del parque edificado es el ilusionante reto al que se enfrentar\u00e1 la profesi\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. Este acuerdo permitir\u00e1 facilitar el acceso al arquitecto t\u00e9cnico a las herramientas necesarias para lograr el \u00e9xito, convirti\u00e9ndolo en agente imprescindible en el sector\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>El presidente del CSCAE, Llu\u00eds Comer\u00f3n<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n subraya<strong>:<\/strong> \u201c<em>En las \u00e9pocas de grandes cambios como la actual, las ciudades y sus edificios necesitan renovarse para responder a las nuevas necesidades y los arquitectos contribuimos a ello con una especial responsabilidad. Para afrontar estos retos, entre los que destaca la mejora de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los edificios, este convenio nos permite reforzar los instrumentos de formaci\u00f3n continuada que los Colegios de Arquitectos facilitan a sus colegiados<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Como ventaja para los colegiados, <strong>PEP<\/strong> se compromete a ofrecer descuentos en la cuota de asociaci\u00f3n a los t\u00e9cnicos que asistan y completen los talleres de formaci\u00f3n acogidos al convenio y <strong>BREEAM<\/strong> descuentos en sus cursos de formaci\u00f3n. Por su parte, <strong>GBCe<\/strong> se compromete a hacer un descuento en los cursos de formaci\u00f3n de <strong>Evaluador Acreditado VERDE<\/strong> y de <strong>Consultor DGNB System ES.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la asociaci\u00f3n individual a <strong>PEP<\/strong> conlleva descuentos y facilidades para la adquisici\u00f3n de software espec\u00edfico y libros, compra de entradas para eventos de la asociaci\u00f3n, acceso gratuito a documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica sobre el est\u00e1ndar Passivhaus
