Pan-China Group Creates Its “International Design Center” in Lisbon

Appointed to lead this global initiative is Vitor Pereira, internationally recognized urban strategist and innovation advisor

Pan China Construction Group (PCG), one of China’s leading urban innovation and infrastructure companies, has officially created the PCG International Design Center (PCGIDC), with its headquarters based in Lisbon.

Appointed to lead this global initiative is Vitor Pereira, internationally recognized urban strategist and innovation advisor, who will serve as Director of PCGIDC. The new center will act as a strategic bridge connecting Asian infrastructure excellence with European real estate, design, and smart city development.

“We believe Lisbon is the right place to begin this new chapter,” said Chairman Yang Tianju of Pan China Group. “This center represents our long-term commitment to design innovation, international partnerships, and sustainable urban futures.”

The Lisbon office will serve as the first node in a growing global network of design hubs, with future partnerships being explored in Europe, South America and other China-Africa cooperation regions.

PCGIDC is expected to work with governments, cities, developers, and visionary architects on urban planning, cultural and smart infrastructure, and international design tenders. Projects may range from real estate innovation to cross-border architectural consulting.
