Designing the Future through Partnerships

The Virtual Cluster Initiative (VCI) is offering a free Tool / Framework to Leverage this moment in the crisis to make a positive development

The COVID-19 Pandemic has forced Government to intervene in economies world-wide, destabilizing the global economy by shutting down Businesses, banding travel world-wide releasing a chain of events initiating an economic impact that will have a long-term negative consequence. The United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda has set 17 Goals to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives and prospects of everyone, everywhere. Today, progress is being made in many places, but, overall, action to meet the Goals is not yet advancing at the speed or scale required. 2020 needs to usher in a decade of ambitious action to deliver the Goals by 2030 and the unforeseen Pandemic will restrict progress even further.

The Virtual Cluster Initiative (VCI) is offering a free Tool / Framework to Leverage this moment in the crisis to make a positive development. This is the time for change, for a profound systemic shift to a more sustainable economy that works for both people and the planet.

The VCI is offering a Framework creating an environment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to collaborate, build business networks, combine creativity with the use of new technologies allowing them to be more resource efficient, open new business opportunities and ensure sustainable growth, eliminating the geographical barrier and enhancing knowledge transfer world-wide. With the use of our solution inter-connecting all entities around the world, the geographical proximity is non-existent, knowledge spill-overs take place on a global scale, the CO2 would be reduced, it would be easier for development outside big cities to build strategic alliances, fostering transnational collaboration and the VCI has made an innovative attempt to create an ecosystem in which the future can be designed.

Our Framework has all relevant tools centrally located on one Platform allowing Businesses to easily research new Markets, secure Payment, consolidate Business Partners, Communicate with Business Partners, visually see who is Online, VoIP (similar to WhatsApp, Messenger, Facetime), a Campus for Businesses to acquire competence in business skills, Webinars, assistance with Customs and Supply Chain, Product Presentation incl. Technical Specification data, place Advertising, take place in Events such as Virtual Conventions, Zoom Meetings. Through our research fact is Small and Med-sized Enterprises are limited in resources be it qualified personnel, Business competencies or most important the time required to address finding new customers, entering new market needless to say go international.

The economic cycle is the fluctuation of the economy between periods of expansion (growth) and contraction (recession). Local and Regional economic downturn / recession requires a financial input for external sources = new Markets, foreign economies.

Small and Mid-sized Enterprises represent about 90% of businesses and more than 50% of employment worldwide. The VCI has attempted to address the short-comings the SME face – keeping it Simple. Addressing this group of Businesses is the core of all economies.

We will be offering for “FREE” and our Business Model has been compared and based on the same Models as PayPal, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Amazon and others. The Revenue which we generate for those Businesses could be generated within a Business Ecosystem “VCI” where all businesses involved profit and not just single Businesses. The implementation must be a Top-down approach and will best work when all Businesses are registered and the critical mass is reached.
