The Chinese spin-off event of Smart City Expo World Congress will celebrate its second edition in the city of Shanghai from 14-15 October. Organized by SCEWC, Fira de Barcelona and INTEX, the 2 days conference & expo will take place in the Shanghai Postal Museum.
