The "Tarragona Smart Mediterrenan City" is an initiative of the Tarragona City Council and the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Rovira i Virgili University) in order to promote the future transformation of the city into a “Smart city” thanks to the celebration of the Mediterranean Games that will take place in 2017.
