The service allows citizens to make donations to 42 non-profit organizations that help seriously ill children and adults, special health needs and low-income people, as well as homeless animals

A charity fundraiser service was added to the "My Moscow" mobile app. The service allows Moscow citizens to make donations to 42 non-profit organizations that help seriously ill children and adults, special health needs and low-income people, as well as homeless animals. Moscow citizens have already made around 17 thousand transfers with the help of this service.

Charity foundations participating in the project publish quarterly reports on the expenditures of funds received on the “Dushevnaya Moskva” (Soulful Moscow) website. The number of participating organizations is constantly growing.

The Moscow Citywide Charity Service is one of the first projects of its kind implemented by government agencies. The service was created by the Department of Information Technologies together with the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of Moscow. In January 2021 the service won the prestigious Big Innovation Awards, and in May it won the international German Innovation Award.

The service has been available on the Moscow mos.ru service since October 2020. When making donations through the "My Moscow" app, which is available for iOS and Android operating systems, both Apple Pay or a bank card are available as payment options in the "My Pay" section.
